Lunch

  • Chilli and Lime Thighs, Polenta chips and Piri sauce

    Crispy skin on Chicken thighs, marinated in chilli and lime, with crispy oven baked polenta chips served with a spicy Piri sauce.
  • Sweet chilli wings and Basmati rice

    Crispy chicken wings oven baked on our home made sweet chilli sauce, served with white rice.
  • M+S Thai chicken satay skewers

    Chicken skewers infused with Thai spices and a red Thai satay + Basmati rice
  • Chicken + Pasta

    Pan seared chicken breast with oven roasted vegetables, kale and wholewheat pasta. Topped off with a yummy tangy passion fruit dressing.
  • Salmon + Mash

    Cajun spiced salmon, sweet potato mash teamed with a selection of Balance super greens. Topped off with a splattering of teriyaki dressing.
  • Steak + Wedges

    It’s steak time! Succulent grass fed steak partnered with our sweet potato wedges and a selection of Balance super greens. Topped off with a honey mustard dressing.
  • Prawns + Mexican Rice

    Be top of the food game with our king prawns, with mediterranean vegetables on a bed of Mexican wholegrain rice. Topped off with a zesty orange & lemon dressing.
  • Halloumi + Quinoa (V)

    Grilled halloumi, roasted root vegetables, harissa quinoa and a tangy passion fruit dressing. Feelgood food.
  • Chicken Thighs + Egg Fried Rice

    Tender chicken thighs, succulent grilled asparagus, on a bed of wholegrain egg fried rice. Topped off with a tasty teriyaki sauce.

Dinner

  • M+S Beef and black bean stir fry + rice noodles

    Lean beef stir fry with black bean and asian spices, fresh rice noodles and peppers.
  • Seabass + Super Greens

    Pan fried seabass teamed with a selection of Balance super greens. Topped off with a zesty orange and lemon dressing.
  • Chicken Thighs + Med Veg

    Raise your gains. Pan seared Chicken breast with mediterranean vegetables. Topped off with a balsamic dressing.
  • Tofu + Asparagus (V)

    Teriyaki tofu, Asian salad teamed with succulent grilled asparagus. Topped off with a splattering of teriyaki dressing.
  • Salmon + Root Veg
