Cajun spiced salmon with oven roasted vegetables and kale. Topped off with a splattering of a zesty orange and lemon dressing.

  • Reheat food until piping hot throughout. Microwave – (depending on microwave power) 2-4 mins, stirring half way through to ensure equal heating throughout. Pan – Our preferred option, heat a little oil (coconut if possible) add the contents of the container to a pan heat for 5-6 mins on medium heat until piping hot, Mixing when necessary. Oven – Empty contents of container in a over suitable tray, heat for ten mins at 180c in a preheated oven.
